What App Permission Roles mean in Cloud

This guide will show and explain what the default App Roles are within Care Control Cloud. These App Roles are designed to make your setup faster and easier when applying permissions to staff members.

You can see how to view the Permissions below, and what they all mean.

Enter the Org Management app

 

Select to Visit the Permissions area

 

This tab will show the Admin Permissions.

You can select each tab to see the permissions for each individual app.
 
These permissions are modifiable, but the pre-existing ones will give you a base. Each of the pre-existing permission roles are explained below in detail.

Care Planning Permissions

Care Reader You can read all areas of the Care Plan, but you cannot change any of the data.
Care Editor You can read all areas of the Care Plan, and you can change any of the data.
Care Essential You can Read the essential areas of the Care Plan.

Admin Permissions

Admin Essential The most basic role for users. Only access admin information for them.
Admin Reader You can view all admin areas, but you cannot change any of the data.
Admin Editor You can view all admin areas and change data, but cannot assign users as Admin Editors.
Admin Owner You can do all administration tasks.

HR Permissions

HR ReaderYou can read all areas of the HR, but you cannot change any of the data.
HR EditorYou can read all areas of the HR, and you can change any of the data.
HR EssentialYou can Read the essential areas of the HR.

Roster Permissions

Roster OwnerYou can access all areas of roster, override all alerts and adjust the roster security settings
Rota ManagerYou can edit the plan for rotas, create adjustments. You can also create new rotas & multi-rota views
Rota PlannerYou can edit the plan for rotas and view the live rota
Live Rota AdjusterYou can create adjustments
Live Rota ReaderYou can view the live rota

Org Man Permissions

Org Man ReaderYou can read all areas of the Org Management App, but you cannot change any of the data.
Org Man EditorYou can read all areas of the Org Management App, and you can change any of the data.
Org Man BillingYou can view and change the Org Management Billing Areas.

Consolidated Invoicing Permissions

Consolidated Invoicing ReaderYou can read all areas of the Consolidated Invoicing, but you cannot change any of the data.
Consolidated Invoicing EditorYou can read all areas of the Consolidated Invoicing, and you can change any of the data.
Consolidated Invoicing EssentialYou can Read the essential areas of the Consolidated Invoicing.
