Margo AI is the latest innovation from Care Control, designed to empower care providers with intelligent support and guidance.
Margo is currently in Care Control Cloud and Care Control Mobile.
You can see Margo in every text edit box available so it can be easily used to create messages to staff, creating care reviews, completing supervisions, documents and more!

- NEW – CSG Management Staff – Added the option to Add Management Staff to Care Service Groups. View the guide here.
- NEW – Manage Consents – Added the ability to modify and manage consents. You can find the guide here.
- NEW – Generic Risk Assessments – Added the ability to create Generic Risk Assessments. You can view the guide here.
- NEW – Care Planning Comments – Added the ability to add Care Planning Comments. View the guide here.
- NEW – Care Review Domains – The ability to remove, edit and add Care Review Domains. View the guide here.
- Added further settings to the Settings option within the Admin app.
- Added the ability to turn off Facial Recognition for certain users.
