Yes. With Care Control Windows being retired, organisations currently using Windows will need to move their everyday workflows to Care Control Cloud.
You can start preparing now. Moving early gives your team plenty of time to become familiar with Cloud, complete any required setup and access the available training and guidance.
Gateway is used where you need a secure, managed way for staff to access Care Control Cloud from shared or registered devices.
No, Care Control Cloud is completely free with your contract and you will be able to access Cloud immediately.
Yes. We’ll be running dedicated webinars throughout the migration, alongside guides and other resources to help your team get comfortable using Cloud.
Your existing Care Control information is available within the supported areas of Care Control Cloud, helping you move between platforms without starting again.
