    New features in Cloud are here! Ready to take a look?

    We’ve released a range of new features and improvements across Care Control Cloud, all designed to make your day to day tasks simpler, faster and easier to manage.

     

    One of the biggest updates is the redesigned MyHub dashboard, giving you a more flexible and personalised way to manage your day. With customisable widgets and a refreshed layout, it’s now easier to access the information that matters most to you.

    We’ve also introduced MargoAI Support Chat, making it quicker and easier to get help across Cloud, Mobile, eMAR and more, right when you need it.

    Alongside this, we’ve made important improvements to Care Reviews within Care Planning. These changes better reflect real world scenarios, helping you confidently demonstrate completed reviews and reducing unnecessary barriers in the process.

    Widgets are small, customisable sections on your dashboard that display key information at a glance. They help you quickly access the tools, updates and tasks that matter most to you.

    The update is now live. If you have not logged into Cloud yet, simply log in to see your new MyHub dashboard. No action is needed, the update happens automatically.

    To customise your own MyHub dashboard, please follow these steps: 

    1. Firstly, go into the Org Management App.
    2. Select the Organisation structure tab.
    3. Then, click the tab in the blue bar that says ‘Everything About Data’. 
    4. The option ‘MyHub Dashboards’ will appear, you will need to click this.
