Introduction
Care Reviews provide a record of previous assessments, outcomes and care planning decisions. Historic reviews can be exported as PDF documents, making them easy to print, save electronically or share with authorised professionals when required.
In this guide you'll learn how to:
- Access historic Care Reviews
- Generate a printable PDF
- Choose whether to include review notes
- Download and view the completed document
Open the Care Reviews section to access resident review records.

Select the resident whose historic Care Reviews you want to view.

Select Print against the review you would like to export.

Choose whether any associated review notes should be included in the PDF.

The Care Review will be generated as a PDF ready to view, save or print.

Top tip
Include associated notes when printing a review if you need the full context behind decisions and outcomes recorded during the review period.
