How to Record from the Care Plan Overview

Introduction
The Recording Areas tab within the Care Plan Overview provides a convenient way to access a resident's monitoring and recording forms. From here, staff can quickly open areas such as observations, nutrition, personal care, wellbeing checks and other daily records.
In this guide you'll learn how to:
- Access a resident's Care Plan Overview
- Open the Recording Areas tab
- View available monitoring sections
- Start recording information directly from the overview screen
Open the Summary section from the Care Plans menu.
Select the resident you want to review or update.
Open the Recording Areas tab to view available monitoring and recording options.
Select the recording area you need to complete and begin entering information.
Top tip
Using the Recording Areas tab can save time by taking you directly to the recording form you need without changing screens.
