Within the previous Windows system, managers were able to track training compliance. However, there was no central dashboard to easily visualise training progress across the whole team.
This could make it more difficult to quickly identify:

• Which staff members may need additional training assigned
The improved HR training dashboard in Care Control Cloud solves this by bringing training information together into one clear and structured view.
Managers can now quickly review training progress across their team and identify areas that need attention.
The improved HR training dashboard provides managers with a more detailed and easy to understand overview of training across their service.
With the dashboard, managers can:
• See which training courses staff members have completed
• Identify training that is due or overdue
• View training records for individual staff members
• Filter results to focus on specific teams or departments, such as kitchen or care staff
• Send reminders to staff for training that needs to be completed
• Review overall course compliance across their team
This improved visibility helps managers stay organised and ensures training requirements are not missed.
Alongside improvements for managers, staff can also access their own training information through MyHub.
Within the My Training tab on the MyHub dashboard, carers and managers can see a personal overview of the courses that have been assigned to them.
This includes:
• Mandatory courses
• Training that is up to date
• Training that is due soon
• Training that is overdue
This gives staff clear visibility of their training responsibilities and helps them stay on track with required learning.
