  • An issue was identified when adding new roles or updating existing roles for staff via CC Windows. This has been resolved.

Care Control Windows

  • Added the option for a single site to allow run in Day Centre mode. This allows the home status, resident task list to not show for day centre clients unless they are at the day centre.

CC Mobile

  • Fixed an issue with pre-assessment’s causing crashes, these will now load correctly.
  • Added a new option for Margo AI: Translate – You can now write notes in any language you desire, Margo will automatically translate them into English.

CC Pocket

  • Added a new option for Margo AI: Translate – You can now write notes in any language you desire, Margo will automatically translate them into English.
  • Added support for new Food Intake Special Diet. The Special Diet will now be added to Care Plan Comments as well as the note that is generated.

Cloud Admin

  • Added the option to turn off Margo AI translate options.
  • Fixed the Analyse Survey Quality to use British English.
  • Fixed a issue that occurred when attempting to initialise staff pocket, or remove all staff pocket access.

Cloud Care Planning

  • Fixed an issue where unpublished cells would be retrieved regardless of staff member assignment when filtered to a particular staff member.

Hotfixes:

  • Implemented the Incident viewing and recording to use the “Incident Injury List” in Care Planning Comments. This list can only be used if the Injury Fixed List setting has been turned on.
  • We had reports that the full Document Library (excluding linked documents) was not being loaded in CC Mobile. This has been corrected.
  • Corrected an issue which was causing staff holidays to duplicate when viewing them in CC Pocket.

  • Corrected an issue where new staff were having their holidays years start on their birthday when the setting for holiday years is set to “By Start Date”.

Application Performance Improvements

  • Fixed an issue that was causing My Hub to load slower than normal. We’ve corrected this for more rapid loading times. 
  • Resolved an issue where Proposed Care Review Changes could not be processed nor rejected. This has been rectified. 
  • Corrected an issue where Work Records were not loading in CC Pocket when the site is using Cloud Roster. 
  • Restricted long Checklist names when loading task lists as these were causing CC Mobile and CC Pocket to crash. 
  • Resolved an issue regarding the new Single Custom Form Alert messages. These are now only sent to the relevant staff in the correct Care Service Group. We have also added a setting to stop these messages being sent if required. 
  • Resolved an issue where decimal scores for questions in Single Custom Forms were not being correctly represented in Insights. This has been corrected, allowing an accuracy of two decimal places.
  • Fixed an issue that was causing time to be displayed in the wrong time zone.
  • Fixed an issue that was causing documents with a full stop to not be uploaded correctly into the Document Library.

  • We have corrected an issue with holiday calculations in Cloud Roster to ensure they are consistent across all areas where Cloud Roster is enabled.
  • We have resolved an issue with bulk loading for domiciliary care businesses, now requiring address information to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • We have corrected an issue in Pocket where shifts on the last day of the visible period were not appearing when using Cloud Roster.

Application Performance Improvements

  • We have resolved an issue where there were options not relating to service users in the list of documents for printing in Print Care Plans. These have been removed from the list.
  • We have resolved an issue where new Single Custom Forms were being created without a type of being set, causing issues when loading the forms in CC Cloud.
  • We’ve corrected an issue where medication administrations / results were showing on the wrong dates on the MAR sheet.
  • We’ve corrected an issue where journey calculations were showing errors in the Roster system in CC Windows. 
  • We’ve corrected an issue where Staff File Integrity Checks were failing to display training course issues when a course didn’t have a name. We’ve ensured that invalid course name lengths (zero characters) cannot be saved to ensure the Integrity Checks load correctly. 
  • We’ve corrected when recording Creams so that if all creams for a service user have been recorded in the last 4 hours, the relevant task will stop showing in Home / Service Status.

Application Performance Improvements

  • Added a new report which shows the NEWS2 recording output for the past 3 months.
  • Resolved an issue where Proposed Changes for Care Reviews were crashing when they were being rejected.
  • Corrected an issue where the “Sign In But No Shift” Payroll issue was showing shifts that precede the current Payroll period.
  • Corrected an issue where custom monitoring is being activated without a form type being set. This will default to “Monitoring”.
  • Corrected an issue where medication stock was being reduced twice when recording via Care Control Pocket.
  • Resolved an issue where the recording of the final task on a Checklist was failing under certain conditions when it’s set to create a care note.
  • Added a new setting which will hide the “Other” option for Incident Summaries when using a fixed list of options.

Application Performance Improvements

  • Fixed an issue with the Late Medication alert being issued when medications were recorded before being Overdue.
  • Updated the Checklist Detailed Analysis in Care Control Windows to show the full 1000 character output for the Extra Details field.
  • Previously, the Home Care Analysis would show the last 8000 records for check in/out times ordered by service user name, but for sites with large numbers of service users this could cut off some service users. We now return the last 8000 records ordered by the date and time.
  • Fixed an issue with Offline Care Review Recording not showing correctly in the Overview of All Care Review Data in Care Control Pocket.
  • Restricted the length of Service User Contact numbers and Email addresses to stop crashing on Care Control Mobile.
  • When adding new Calendar Events only Active Calendar Event Types will be displayed in Care Control Mobile.

Care Control Cloud

  • NEW – Messages auto update: Messages will now automatically update across applications, numbers will count in real-time across applications when a new message is received.
  • Users without Admin permission can no longer click Calendar tasks to modify them.
  • Correct tool tips will now be shown on Staff Training records.
  • Fixed an issue with Cloud Roster not adding planned and unassigned shifts correctly.
  • Staff Training Renew Due Date will now be shown and can be filtered.

Care Control Windows

  • Staff training will now load correctly and be updated with Cloud.

Care Control Cloud

  • NEW Report: You can now generate a report of Client Absences from the last 12 months and any future planned absences.
  • Fixed an issue that was causing users from saving Staff Pocket Settings in Care Control Cloud.
  • Fixed an issue where the High Frequency Monitoring dashboard in Insights wasn’t showing any data.

Care Control Windows

  • Fixed an issue where an error occurred when updating a staff role through Care Control Windows.
  • Added a new setting which determines if new staff should be forced to change their PIN number when they first sign in.
  • Adjusted how Care Review domains are ordered when flagging recording. This will now be ordered based on the order the domain is in within Care Reviews over the last 2 months.

Care Control Mobile

  • Fixed an issue that was causing crashes in the Personal Details section if the name had exceeded 50 characters.
  • Summary Page has been update to show any email addresses and phone numbers marked in the service user’s Personal Details. This is marked as Home Care.
  • Added Personal Belongings into the Care Plan list.
  • Update to MUST recording to use the list of Acute Disease Effects from Care Planning Comments.
  • Corrected an issue where the page for recording Activities was crashing when the settings “Use Pictures on Mobile” was set to “No.”
  • Adjusted the layout of Personal Details to display the Mobile Numbers for Home Care service users correctly.

Care Control Pocket

  • Fixed an issue that was making stock reductions duplicate when recording medication.
  • Update the recording of Creams so that if all creams for a service user has been recorded in the last four hours, the task will be removed from Home Status.

Care Control Cloud

NEW – Training: You can now track and keep up with training records using the HR app within Care Control Cloud.

MyHub

  • Unread messages will now show as default.

Quality Survey

  • Surveys will now be ordered correctly.
  • Remove filters has been added.
  • Only relevant questions will now show for the survey.

General Application Improvements

  • Fixed an issue when assigning visits on Care Control Windows Roster for Domiciliary and Home Care sites.
  • Fixed an issue where V-Book settings would not save correctly.
  • Fixed an issue where stock would duplicate when administering medications through Care Control Pocket.

Welcoming our brand new Cloud Launcher application. With a streamlined launcher design, accessing Care Control Cloud has never been easier. The app offers a user-friendly interface, giving you instant access with just a tap. Simply set up your account as you would on any other Care Control app, and log in using your familiar pin code, no new steps or complicated processes.

NEW – DBS Checks: You can now record records of DBS checks on staff using Care Control Cloud. This feature is similar to that on Care Control Windows.

NEW – References: You can now perform reference checks and store references on Care Control Cloud. This feature is similar to that on Care Control Windows.

NEW – Email messages: A checkbox has been added, if ticked it will send an email to the linked email address when receiving a message on Care Control.

Application – Admin

NEW – Manage Quality Survey: You can now create and manage quality surveys within Care Control Cloud. This feature is similar to that of Care Control Windows.

NEW – Analyse Quality Survey: You can now analyse quality surveys that have been created within Care Control Cloud.

Application – Roster

NEW – Holiday Settings: You can now manage holiday settings within the Care Control Cloud Roster Application. This feature can only be used by users with access to Global Settings.

Fixed grammatical errors within Care Notes to now show correctly.

Fixed an issue with Overnight Agency shifts on Cloud Roster timing out incorrectly. It will now Time-Out 30 minutes after the shift has ended.

The dosage in the prescription schedule will now align with the MAR sheet.

  • Fixed an issue that was causing assigning shifts to staff with secondary roles on Cloud Roster would not work.
  • All staff can now load the Calendar on the Care Planning page.

Application – Organisational Management

New release:

  • This release features the new feature of Organisational Management on Care Control Cloud. You will now be able to access the feature from the Your App slide-out tray and from My Hub.

  • Events in the calendar on Care Planning will now redirect you to the details of the event on the Admin page.
  • You can now add events to the calendar with the “Add Event” button on the Care Planning page.
  • Allocations on the Care Planning page will now show allocations assigned to your mapped staff record.

The holidays feature has been improved and now has a richer feature set.

  • The term “Resident” has been removed from the “Resident Care Tasks” section. This terminology now reflects the appropriate term for the service user, based on your specific settings.
  • An issue that caused the app to crash during sign-in, particularly when interacting with the staff Messages screen, has been resolved.
  • Resolved an issue where the app would crash when entering monetary values on the personal allowance screen.

Fixed an issue where Service Users current address was removed from the Care Plan Summary screen:

  • New design of the Summary Screen which now includes the current address.
