General Performance Improvements

  • HR Staff Screen: You’ll now see a clear warning if there are unsaved changes when leaving edit mode, helping prevent accidental data loss.
  • Forced Read Messages: When users log into Cloud, any new messages must be read before continuing, just like in the legacy system. This ensures critical updates are never missed.

General Performance Improvements

  • Fixed an issue where Checklist information would not load if the original creator was marked as historic
  • Resolved a bug causing the V-Book area to show only the last 12 months of records
  • Updated Fast Facts to include records created with the latest Waterlow recording format
  • Fixed an issue where all staff appeared as historic when publishing shifts, even if only one or two should have been
  • Resolved a bug that limited the DNR Detail in Care Plans (Mobile) to the first 30 characters
  • Fixed multiple errors affecting Analysis Reports in Care Control Windows
  • Resolved an issue where the “All” category would not display correctly after switching categories
  • Upgraded Margo AI to support OpenAI’s GPT-5 model
  • Fixed a bug preventing the task postponement/recording modal in Service Status from appearing correctly
  • Resolved an issue causing domiciliary roster travel times to not display
  • Fixed a display issue with the staff signed-in modal in Service Status
  • Added the ability to view and delete staff member photos within HR

Care Control Mobile

  • Fixed issues with Checklists data not being cleared down and transferring to other forms.

Care Control Launcher

  • We have added a Sign Out Button to Landing Screen of Launcher. This enables staff who now use launcher to Sign Out of work using this App.

General Performance Improvements

  • Friends & Family setup is now quicker and easier – we’ve simplified the process so it all happens automatically in the background.
  • Fixed an issue that was causing text to overflow on certain boxes when viewing them on the Service Status page.
  • Fixed an issue where some sites had the Latitude and Longitude inverted on their Organisational Management setup.
  • You can now see Single Custom Form Incidents in both Insights Incident Analysis and the Admin/Margo AI reports.
    Roster fixes mean sites without breaks can now use limits correctly.
  • Roster limits now correctly exclude unpaid break times from calculations.
    Check In/Check Out issues are now included for people using the new Dom Care Roster.
  • New staff can now be assigned shifts right away, even in their first week.
    Risk Assessments now display correctly in CC Cloud.
  • The process that creates PainChek care notes has been improved.
  • Fixed an issue that was causing Analysis Reports to crash within Care Control Windows.

  • Added extra login protection in Cloud with one-time password prompts when incorrect details are entered.

  • Fixed issue in CC Pocket where the Personal Allowance total was displaying incorrectly.
  • Fixed issue where signatures for Consents on secondary sites were not saving correctly in Cloud Care Planning.
  • Fixed issue where PRN administration details were not loading correctly on the MAR sheet in Cloud Care Planning.
  • Fixed issue where Care Review dashboards in Insights would fail to load if a section title contained a full stop.

General Performance Improvements

  • You’ll now see Proposed Care Review Changes and HR Holiday Requests appear as tasks in MyHub, helping you stay on top of what needs attention.
  • We’ve made a significant performance boost to the user security checks in our cloud environment, ensuring smoother and faster logins.
  • New settings let you define how many days after a Care Review or Risk Assessment is due before it’s flagged as out of date, giving you more control over your compliance checks.
  • We’ve significantly improved the speed of the drag-and-drop functionality in the Roster, making it quicker and easier to manage shifts.
  • Various performance enhancements have been made to the Roster to ensure a faster and more responsive experience.
  • We’ve strengthened our login process by preventing the system from revealing if a username exists, adding another layer of security.
  • You can now search for and add historic note references beyond 90 days, making it easier to work with older records when needed.

  • NEW: You now have the ability to force sign-out someone from an eMAR drug’s trolley. You can see how here.
  • We’ve improved how your generic system settings work. Changes are now saved automatically as you make them, there’s no need to click ‘Save’ anymore.
  • MargoAI settings will now correctly show the amount of tickets you have remaining across your site.
  • Fixed an issue that was causing MargoAI Translate toggle to not work correctly for Mobile, this will not disable and enable MargoAI Translate.

Roster

  • NEW: You can now filter the Roster by CSG.
  • We have improved the ability of the drag & drop feature which allows for easier control for larger rotas.

General Performance Improvements

  • Added a fixed list of incident types when recording an Incident or Accident across all apps.
  • Fixed an issue that was causing holiday requests to not exclude breaks when relevant.
  • Corrected an issue that was causing V-Book settings to not save correctly in Windows.
  • Corrected an issue where only the first 100 service users were available to record general notes, this area will now load all service users that the staff member has access to.
  • Fixed an issue where staff mapping was not saving if one or more sites had no mapping for the user.
  • Corrected an issue where multi-form monitoring areas could not be added to secondary sites when a logo was added.
  • Fixed an issue where the weight analysis was not correctly calculating.
  • Fixed an issue that was causing hyphens to not work correctly in email addresses.
  • Corrected an issue with News2 data recording.

Care Control Cloud

Admin

  • We’ve made behind-the-scenes improvements to the Staff Members section to enhance performance. There are no visible changes, but the area should now load and respond faster.
  • Fixed an issue where Multi Forms created in Cloud with images were not uploading correctly. These should now save and display as expected.

HR

  • We’ve made behind-the-scenes improvements to the Staff Members section to enhance performance. There are no visible changes, but the area should now load and respond faster.

Roster

  • Client Rotas now display a helpful tool tip if a user attempts to access an area they don’t have permission for. Staff Availability remains accessible as expected.
  • Fixed an issue where marking a shift as ‘Not Required’ with Limits enabled caused issues, has now been resolved.

Org Man

  • In the Permissions section of Org Man, features that haven’t been developed yet will now be hidden, keeping the interface cleaner and reducing confusion.
  • Resolved a bug where staff mapping would not save if one or more sites had no mapping set. You can now successfully add and save mappings for users assigned to just one site.

Care Planning

  • The General Note recording area now displays all residents, not just the first 100. This ensures full visibility when adding or reviewing notes.

General Performance Improvements

  • MyForms area has been optimised for better performance. Users won’t see any visual changes, but things should feel faster and smoother.
  • Holiday requests now correctly exclude unpaid breaks from shift hours. This applies when unpaid breaks are enabled and set up in the system.
  • Changes made to V-Book settings in Windows can now be saved reliably. Previously, updates were not being retained after saving.

General Performance Improvements

  • Added the “show all” staff option within multiple areas of HR.
    Agency staff can now only sign-in up to 30 minutes before the start of their shift.
  • General performance increases across Cloud.
  • Fixed a button within the Bulk Actions Wizard that was not working correctly.
  • Fixed an issue that would not allow staff to have a hyphen within their name.
  • Resolved an issue where Care Reviews could not be started correctly in Cloud Care Planning if the previous Care Review didn’t require a weight recording but the current one does.
  • We’ve resolved an issue where Custom Field values which exceeded 50 characters were causing an error when loading the Fast Facts for Care Plans
  • Fixed an issue where mandatory training courses were being displayed multiple times in Staff Records.

Admin

  • NEW: A new setting has been added to the PRN Outcome. This forces a PRN Outcome Tasks only to appear on eMAR. You can see how to toggle it on here.

  • NEW: You can now record a Waterlow report within Care Control Cloud. This uses our new Waterlow V2 system for greater accuracy. You can see how here.
  • Staff are now able to complete SCFs from the Care Planning screen. Outstanding tasks and recording areas will show SCFs to be completed or started.

HR

  • Staff Bulk Upload will now allow you to upload multiple times even if there are staff members already existing on the site.

General Performance Improvements

  • Fixed an issue that was causing modals to not correctly display.
  • Fixed an issue that was causing Cloud to display a 404 message when selecting a completed SCF in Windows.
  • The Body Map will now be included when you print the Personal Detail report.
  • Fixed an issue with client geocoding for Domiciliary Care Clients.
  • The Prevent Monitoring option is now hidden for Incident SCFs.
  • Fixed an issue with SCFs where options were appearing for incorrect types of monitoring.
  • Fixed an issue that was causing links on the SCF to redirect to the wrong section of the Care Plan.

Care Control Launcher

  • NEW: A user must now have an account to use Care Control Launcher. Launcher will no longer create a pseudo account.
  • NEW: Added a new button that will reset Launcher to allow a different staff member to use it. You can see it here.
  • Fixed an issue that was causing the automatic extension of sessions to stop working correctly.
  • Created an error page if a link cannot be generated correctly.

Care Control Pocket

  • Fast facts will now be bold and a different colour depending on the setting in Cloud.
  • NEW: Added MargoAI Analysis onto a number of screens. You can now tap the icon and load a MargoAI Analysis screen producing a report. You can see how it works here.
  • NEW: Service Notes (formerly Handover Notes) have been updated with a new design.
  • A link to the camera has been added to the Care Plan Summary Picture screen.
  • NEW: A new Waterlow recording option has been created which is optional. This new version allows further multi-select options and for a more accurate scoring. You can also view this new scoring within Cloud, but not Windows. You can see how to enable it here.
  • Fixed a spelling error where Doctors Surgery was called Doctors Survey.

Care Control Mobile

General Performance Improvements
  • Fixed an issue that was causing Organisational Management to launch on secondary sites. It will now only launch on primary sites.
  • When a contract includes multiple clients/residents, invoices are now correctly processed and emailed to the contract owner’s email address after finalisation.
  • For each client and each invoicing period, a separate email will be sent. For example, if you have 5 clients and you finalise 5 invoice periods, you’ll receive 25 emails in total—one per client per period.

Roster

  • NEW: Agency staff will no longer be listed on the sign-in status page once they have signed in.
  • NEW: You are now able to print an Agency member’s pin code for them with an instructional guide to logging in to Care Control Pocket and Mobile. You can see how here.
  • NEW: There are now multiple status’ available on the Agency tab within Roster. You can see them here.
  • NEW: You can now view Agency worker sign-in and sign-out times within the Agency worker tab.
  • NEW: Agency staff will now have their Agency name shown on the rota screen when assigned correctly. You can see how to do this here.

Care Planning

  • Titles in Fast Facts will now be a different colour and highlighted to better differentiate them.
  • Professional Visits will now be called Professional Contacts.
  • Added new fields to Professional Contacts, these are: Organisation, Email and Contact Telephone Number.
  • The details for the Professional Contact will now appear on the Care Planning output.
  • The Handover button has been removed from the Home Page.
  • Upgraded the geocoding to now respond faster.

Admin

  • Added a new Analysis Report: Extended eMar Prescription Active Report. This also works with MargoAI Analysis.
  • There is now an option to add a Relationship field to Friends & Family users.
  • Selecting a Report Name will now auto populate the Application and Report Category sections of the Analysis Report.
  • In the Staff Records, Pandemic has been moved next to Security.

  • NEW: You can now chat with Margo to help analyse your data with ease. Ask questions and get answers within seconds instead of having to manually find what you need. Find out more here.

Care Planning
 
  • NEW: Added a new option in Fast Facts for Target Fluid Intake. This provides an accurate calculation based on weight, height and age for how much fluid a service user should consume. You can see how to turn it on here.
  • NEW: Added support for all Custom Fields and all Care Review Domains. This totals approximately 40+ new fast fact fields. This affects all platforms.
  • NEW: The look of Single Custom Form Workflows has been changed, you can now view who has been in control of the workflow easily. See the new look here.
  • Fixed an issue where some tabs on GP Connect section were missing.
  • Fixed an issue that was causing the Incident Analysis to not allow users to add an entry to the Post Incident Log.
  • Added the ability to filter Monitoring Analysis by date and the ability to search through them.
  • Made it so only completed incident forms will be displayed against the Care Plan.
  • A room number will no longer be displayed for Domiciliary Care Clients.
  • Added Gender as well as Biological Sex to Personal Details.

HR

  • The Absence Report will now show the number of days someone has been absent.
  • Bulk Loading Staff is now available even when there are multiple active staff already on the site, the system will ensure duplicates are not created when the staff’s name and date of birth match.
  • Staff records will automatically be created when new access roles are assigned for Cloud Users.

Roster

  • NEW: Shifts will now automatically update the availability and delay other shifts if they overlap, you can view how it works here.

General Performance Improvements

  • Updated the code which prepares the list for adding new service users to ensure that any unexpected characters in roster template names don’t stop the page from loading.
  • Fixed an issue with the Integrity Check Information in the Admin landing page as this was showing no data for some sites.
  • Corrected an issue where Care Reviews could be started for the service users who were not being monitored for Care Review Assessments.
  • Corrected an issue where new staff couldn’t be added if staff roles containing unexpected characters existed.
  • Updated the Calendar Reminders system so that Care Notes will now be created to remind staff of upcoming events that the service user is linked to.
  • Corrected an issue which was causing the wrong Service User name to be used in the Front Cover print-out.

Care Control Pocket

  • Resolved an issue where multiple SCF Risk Assessments appeared for each client, to ensure forms appear as expected please follow this naming convention when creating SCF Forms:
    [Form Type] [Initials] (e.g, Waterlow AH)
  • Added Gender as well as Biological Sex to Personal Details.
  • Added support for new Domiciliary Care Roster Cascade Messages. Messages will now be received that include the time that would effect both the staff and service user.
  • Fixed an issue where the application would crash during navigation of the Care Plans.

Care Control Mobile

  • NEW: Consolidated the evacuation list to make it easier to view staff, visitors and service users during an evacuation. See how here.
  • NEW: Added an option to anonymise visitor names in the V-Book. See how here.
  • Added full support for Personal Belongings.
  • Added Gender as well as Biological Sex to Personal Details.
  • Fixed issue with CSG Locking if the Risk Assessment had the name of a resident in it and the CSG was locked it would not show the correct risk assessments associated with the CSG.
  • Added a Pre-Assessment Care Review expected outcomes box.
  • Improved the speed at which the list of service users loads when recording activities.

Care Control Cloud

  • NEW: MargoAI Analysis is now available. You can turn on the trial mode from within the System Settings here. Find out more here.

Organisational Management

  • NEW: You will now be able to modify business wide permissions settings for all apps from within Organisational Management. Cogs to modify settings on individual apps has been removed. You can see the new settings here.

Admin

  • NEW: You can now view full Incident Analysis reports from within the Admin app. You can see how here.
  • NEW: You are now able to turn on or off MargoAI for both Pocket and Mobile from within System Settings. Find out how here.

HR

  • NEW: You can now exclude users from having to Check In/Check Out of a visit. You can see how here.

Roster

  • NEW: You can now view a Check In Analysis from within Care Control Roster. You can see how here.
  • If your site has Licensed Hours within Roster, you will now be warned when you are close to the limit. You will also be able to purchase more from within the warning.
General Performance Improvements
 
  • Fixed an issue that was causing an error when visiting the My Forms section of MyHub.
  • We’ve corrected an issue where the exclusion list for CC Pocket offline usage was not displaying correctly if an “&” was included in one of the staff roles.

  • NEW: Personal Belongings are now on Pocket. You can view and record new personal belongings items. You can see how here.
  • New look for Resident images in the Pocket Application.
  • If trying to take cover is unsuccessful then more information will be given as to why it did not work.
  • The Care Plans menu has been improved allowing easier scrolling.
  • Larger text has been used where possible.
  • Where devices have a notch camera, text has been moved to accommodate this.

  • We have released some fixes including Long Checklist Truncation being resolved and the obfuscation within V-Book to help resolve GDPR issues
  • Updated the Kitchen Orders area within CC Mobile to allow vegetarian lunch and dinner options to be loaded with the list of other options for those meal types.
  • Updated how Meal Choices are ordered in the Food & Nutrition area in CC Mobile. This was will now put the most recent Meal Choice records first.

  • Fixed an issue where holiday hours were not being calculated correctly for Manager roles.
  • You can now add a decimal place in the Hours to Book section of Holidays within the HR app.
  • Fixed an issue where a staff member who had left would still be present in a print-out of a service user’s Care Plan.

Roster

  •  Fixed an issue where the check in/out time was not appearing correctly.

Organisational Management

  • Removed the Pharma access role.
General Performance Improvements
 
  • Fixed an issue where the Title field of Next of Kin was showing the staff member’s title instead.
  • Made performance improvements improvements to MyHub.
  • Corrected an issue where Checklist Analysis wasn’t showing for some Checklists.
  • Corrected an issue where About Me questions added through Cloud were not showing.
  • Fixed an issue with Organisation Structures not being able to be deactivated if they have child structures.
  • Corrected an issue where recording a custom form and entering a previous date would record the form with the current date.
  • Corrected how primary contacts are displayed in Fast Facts.
  • Updated the process for recording medication so that fluid intake records are not saved for 0mls.
  • Corrected an issue in Consolidated Invoicing where creating a monthly payment schedule for a specific date each month was creating a single payment period.
  • Fixed an issue where Bulk Starting monitoring was failing to return service users.
  • Fixed an issue where some mandatory training courses were not showing for staff in their Staff Record.

  • Corrected an issue where the Personal Details page of care plans was crashing. This was due to unexpected characters in values for lists on the page.
  • Corrected an issue where Bulk Starting monitoring was failing on returning service users.
  • The process for staff leaving has been updated to ensure they are not still marked as the keyworker for any service users.
  • Corrected an issue where some mandatory training courses were not showing for staff in their Staff Record in CC Cloud.
  • The Key Safe Field in Support Plans will now accept alphanumeric codes.

  • Fixed an issue where “Assign visits outside of availability” setting would not correctly allow assigning of visits.
  • Added a new user preference setting for: Show Visits, Show Unassigned, Show Pending Authorisations.
  • Modified wording in some sections of the Roster to properly reflect those areas.
  • Removed the Staff Tab from the Unassigned Filter.

Admin

  • Added a missing field to Care Plan Integrity Checks.

  • Updated the Clients tab to allow selection of contract hours and the specification of client assignment start and end dates.

  • Made performance improvements to the Care Planning App home page.
  • Single Custom Forms will now display who last completed the form and at what time to avoid duplication.
  • Fixed an issue with Single Custom Forms not loading previous data correctly.

HR

  • Fixed an issue with the Add Staff Form not resetting after saving.
  • Fixed an issue that would cause Holiday Booking to not complete.
  • Calculations for Holiday hours will now be performed correctly based on options.

  • Fixed an issue where a home-care client would have a digit next to their reference number in their name.
  • Improved security of web applications.

  • NEW – Email messages: A checkbox has been added, if ticked it will send an email to the linked email address when receiving a message on Care Control.

Application – Organisational Management

  • New release
This release features the new feature of Organisational Management on Care Control Cloud. You will now be able to access the feature from the Your App slide-out tray and from My Hub.

  • Events in the calendar on Care Planning will now redirect you to the details of the event on the Admin page.
  • You can now add events to the calendar with the “Add Event” button on the Care Planning page.
  • Allocations on the Care Planning page will now show allocations assigned to your mapped staff record.

  • NEW: Added the care service group feature.
  • NEW: Added the system settings feature
  • Made tweaks to the look of the calendar feature.
  • Events that last all day are now pinned to the top of the calendar.

  • Bradford Factor Analysis will now only take absences due to sickness into account.
